    I have had my xbox 10 months. One week ago my wireless controller started going too fast up or sideways and i could do nothing. I tried my wired controller it did the same thing. I tried unplugging. Updating. Resetting. I ran a diagnostic at game stop
    on my wireless they sd it was messed up and i should just get a new one.. they said the wired one was working fine. But it still acts wonky when connected to my xbox. I got a NEW wireless controller today. It started working fine but with 15 minutes it was
    doing the same thing. It wont settle on a button. If i push down it goes right back up. It does this with the joystick AND the dpad. Is it my xbox? What do u recommend. I am at a loss.

    Yes, MS is doing a bang-up job addressing the controller and headset issues on their console. :-\ Front line tech support acts like you're the first person to ever contact them reporting an issue. Then they act like its anyone's problem but theirs. Nearing
    the end of my rope with them.

    To work properly you need the driver for Windows, and I believe that Sony does not provide the driver.

    The only setting I turned off was "Playstation Controller Support" and my bumpers started to work again but its still acting like a mouse.
