Issues?

Currently having a lot of problems with Xbox.

1. Not a single disc game is finishing installing.

2. When I'm in a party all the words are mixed together like a glitch. Also when someone signs on I get the notification but when I check my friends list it doesn't show them, but on my smart glass it does. Anyone else having problem? I already did a hard
reset and it didn't do anything. Also did the whole clear storage and same thing.

Hey bro you're not the only one experiencing this its the second time this has happened to me. I've done everything to try and fix it when I had a support team member give me the ways to fix it like alternate macaddress , hard resting it removing and reinstalling
my profile but it ain't Working like last time so it could be just Xbox its self that they need to fix with an update. But you're not the only one .

 

Try installing the disc games by going offline. Good Luck!

 

Still having the installing problem. Party problem is good now. Just ducks cause I want to buy games but I'm afraid they won't install fully. I also tried doing it offline and nothing.

 

Have you tried installing any digital games? If so do they work.

Duk3 have you performed a hard reset on your console recently? Hold the power button on the console for 10 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in
and restart the console. Once it is back up and operational test for results.

 

Yeah I've tried installing black flag since I have it digital but it was so slow installing. I have done the hard reset a few times but I have done the power cord. I'll try it when I get home, hopefully it works!
