Issues with Xbox Remote Play

Greetings,

Earlier today I was able to stream Yakuza 5 from my Xbox Series S to my PC fine using the Xbox app. I started the game on full screen then switched it to windowed before closing it. Now, for some odd reason, when I try to start Remote Play all I get is a blank screen for around 10 seconds. I haven't changed any network settings or similar.

I tried logging out of the app and restarting my computer, but no dice. Can you guys help me out?

Thank you, Kenny. Can you try connecting your console to a different Wi-Fi network?
For this purpose you can share mobile data using hotspot in your iPhone (or another phone) and try in that way

In the meantime tell me, what iOS version are you using? 16.1?
May I know if you already tried turning off all the remote features temporarily, the power cycle your console. Enable remote features and try again?

Power cycle:
1. Turn off your console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely.
2. Unplug the console's power cable from the console and from the power outlet. Wait 5 minutes.
Important: Be sure to wait at least 5 minutes. This step resets the power supply.
3. Plug the console power cable back in.
4. Press the Xbox button on your console to turn it on.

After that, try to remove and re-add your profile on the console.

Also disconnect your router from power for about 3 minutes. Then connect it again an when everything is working, try again

I’m on Xbox series X,

I’m not aware of any update however my console is setup for automatic updates so it’s possible

I’m using my Apple iPhone 13 Pro Max it always has worked until this month.

I have uninstalled the Xbox app and reinstalled it. Removed my console from the app and added again

What Xbox console do you have?
Do you know if your console received a system update before this started to happen?
Are you using an insider build / beta OS in your device?

And what did you tried so far to fix this
In that way I can advise you different things or how to proceed
