Issues with Xbox Live

So I went to my store, bought a 3 month Xbox Live card to renew my subscription, and when I entered the code, I got a message saying "this code has already been used.". I looked up the error and found out that it does that sometimes and you can go online
and check your subscriptions. I checked them and it said I had Xbox Live. I got onto my Xbox One and the features for Xbox Live are disabled (ex: I try to start a party and it brings me to the purchase Xbox Live page in the shop). I've signed out and restarted
my Xbox, and it's still like this.

So the main thing is, I can't get Xbox Live features when I have Xbox Live.

Any solutions?

Same thing is going on with me and Xbox support just said to try and say it here. I redeemed a gold trial but it won't let me get online even though it says I have gold until the 30th of may. I've factory reset my console and put my account back on and it
still doesn't work. Xbox needs to fix their build because it's infuriating to have this happen.

NobleSpartanYT - Since you are on a Gold Trial, not all Gold features are unlocked with a trial. If it's game specific or came with a specific game, then the Gold features unlocked are generally only for that game. It looks like you are currently in the
Insider program, though. You will want to post in the Insider Forums linked at the bottom of my post.
