Issues with Xbox live account

I don't have gold anymore because when it was time for the auto renewal to kick in the Paypal i was using had been closed and now my account is locked. I want to just call xbox live support but no there is no 24 hour phone line anymore so now i got to wait
14 minutes to chat with some one over some crappy messenger. so how do i fix my account because Halo MCC is coming out here on Guam in 6 hours and i cant play it yet. I have a 3 month code to redeem but no i cant do that until xbox unlocks my account.

PLEASE HELP.

PS. I'm mostly *** bc i'm trying to quit smoking.

It been strange it only happened on video marketplace, fine under games?

Remove your account from the Xbox and then add it back to the Xbox this will force the Xbox to rsync with your cloud live account. That should fix your issue. I believe that code is for a cloud account exception.

if you mean your gold was blocked because of your paypal problem then you absolutely have to contact xbox support because only they can check and help on billing.

Yeah I tried to renew my gold with a code the other day because I need it for halo but it told me I had gold. I know I didn't so you could try what I did and add gold to someone elses account on your xbox and share gold. If your old account still doesn't
work it may be because you owe money. I couldn't buy halo yesterday and found out it was because I owed $10 for ea access and even though I added the money to the paypal it wouldn't take the $10 I owed. I found out I needed to add my paypal again and trancfer
over my subs which for you would be your xbla gold to the "new" paypal.

It sounds like you have a corrupted profile. Try deleting the profile and recovering it.

Unfortunately nothing can be transferred between accounts. However, if you the console set as account #1's Home, you can purchase a game and share it with other accounts that way.

As far as the points, you'd want to contact Microsoft Rewards support.

Thanks, wish it was made a bit clearer about the rolling membership, prob is i just not noticed.

Here we get to the issue of why i cancelled the Cc, companies taking money they arent entitled to, the Cc no longer exists.

So am i going to now have to pay another years sub even if i didnt want it?

You can try contacting support and speak to billing to see if there is anything they can do about it, but most likely you will have to pay the balance you owe.
