issues with xbox game pass pc store

I just experienced the same issue in the store and was able to fix it it seems.
After the store showed me that I needed to purchase PC game pass, even though I already have Ultimate, which includes PC game pass, I went to the Xbox app, and that showed me there was an issue with my store account. Signing out of the store app and signing in again and receiving an update for the Xbox app, I am able to download Diablo IV without the message I need PC Game pass.

Thanks for coming to the forums with your issue. This is the case in this. The app is not used for installing game pass games, you need to go to the Microsoft store, or the

Does the message 'Sorry Partner' appear when you attempt to access certain areas on the PC Game Pass Beta App?

If the answer is yes, this is a common problem with the app. A temporary fix is to change your Windows DNS server settings. The Google DNS settings seem to work well.

The Google Public DNS IP addresses (IPv4) are as follows:

• 8.8.8.8
• 8.8.4.4

The Google Public DNS IPv6 addresses are as follows:

• 2001:4860:4860::8888
• 2001:4860:4860::8844

same issue ... can't update any xbox game pass PC games....

have to uninstall /reinstall.

other apps (that are not xbox game pass) are uptated through store without any issue.

for microsoft: dead cells has no cloud saves through xbox live (working on outer world/gears 5..but not dead cells)
