Issues with Witcher 3

The Witcher 3 achievements 'Armed and Dangerous' and 'Power Overwhelming' haven't unlocked despite me having met the requirements. The achievements still appear as locked on my console, which saddens me, because I really wanted to go for 100% completion
on this game. I tried deleting and reuploading my profile, as well as hard resetting the console. Is there anything left I can do?

Achievements aside, I have a bug where the game wouldn't let me loot a chest which contents are required to craft the Wolf school armor.

My issue with the Witcher 3 (disc) Cant even play. Has usual intro videos then black screen with loading circle in bottom right then kicked to home screen...yuppie. So how about a solution for this and the achievement problem.

Thanks for your answer. I have filled in the survey now and hope for the best. Do you possibly know if I need to replay the game to certain points again or does the possibility exist that it will pop at a later time?

 

It's possible you may need to replay up to the point in order to unlock the achievement if you haven't tried already. Sometimes achievements will pop after a delay, so definitely keep an eye out for that as well
