    Issues with Voice Chat in Games/Parties


    So the basic problem is that my voice can not be heard. Through my headset, I can clearly hear game audio and player chat audio. However, most of the time, the other players or friends in the party can not hear me. Sometimes they can hear me but my voice
    is very robotic and static. I have tried using different controllers. different mic adapters, and different headsets. I have tried hard resetting my xbox one multiple times, signing out and back in, and unplugging the console for several minutes. All with
    the same problem. I have no suspensions or anything on my account and still have active Gold membership.

    Any idea whats going on or what to do?

    Issues with Voice Chat in Games/Parties

    Have you checked to see what your NAT type is? I would always advise a router reset when experiencing any gaming issues.

    Try updating your controller with the headset adaptor and headset plugged in. Another option is to try plugging in phone ear buds, the kind with a mic. Let me know what happens if you try either of these.
