Issues with videos in YouTube loading on xbox 360

a few things to check.

is the internet running at full speed?

is everything up to date?

and try doing a soft restart.

hold the on button on the xbox for 8 seconds.

then in that dont work unplug for 5 mins and then try again.

I would mainly check the internet connection. Make sure that it's getting a good connection/signal and if you have it plugged in through a cable, check it and make sure none of the connections have come loose. It sounds like possibly an internet issue
where the videos aren't able to load. If not, I'd try turning the 360 off and waiting a few minutes and trying again. Good luck!

Can someone tell me why anyone would even want to watch Youtube videos on the Xbox 360? not only would it be painfully slow to type in something, search for it and load it but it would be impractical.

Perhaps YouTube is having trouble loading the videos onto your 360? Perhaps your Internet took a dive for a bit? There are a few things that it could be, but without anymore knowledge, it is hard to guess what the problem is. I just got done watching
2 videos on the One's YouTube app and didn't encounter any difficulties.

Hey there Doug! I'm sorry to hear about the slow internet speeds. I know from personal experience that it's not fun at all when your connection isn't reliable.

As far as the YouTube video not loading fully goes, I see that the video you were looking at is 12 minutes long. A lot of times longer YouTube videos will load portions at a time and not load the full YouTube video at once anymore.

I took a look at all of your pictures and this issue seems like it's happening on more than just your console, is that correct?

If so, it definitely looks like this needs to be looked into by your ISP. If the issue was specific to your Xbox 360 console then we might be able to narrow down the issue. But if the issue lies with your entire network not performing up to
scratch, then I definitely suggest getting in touch with your ISP again until you're satisfied.

I had a similar situation in the past with 60%+ packet loss and I had to speak to my ISP until they replaced the equipment needed to resolve the issue.
