Issues With UI/Game/App Stability & Locking Up/Black Screens/No Boot

Ever since the end of last week, my console has been really acting rather strange across the board. It started with errors while watching shows via the Verizon Fios app. It had worked perfectly fine since I purchased the console in early November, up until
the end of last week it would rarely show errors or hang for an extended amount of time. When those errors started to pop up, I would frequently attempt to press the home button, only for nothing to register occasionally. Sometimes when I double tap, the screen
dims to bring across the sidebar and an audio cue occurs, only to be stuck for an indefinite amount of time with nothing changing. Here and there I've been able to get out of the app only to have the entire console pretty much barely functioning and reacting
to my input, sometimes just defaulting to a black screen with the console still fully powered.

I began with hard resets rather frequently, occasionally I would get a normal boot and head back into the NXOE experience only for the same issues to come back over a brief amount of time regardless of what app/game I access.

I began looking for these issues on Saturday evening but I hadn't really found any that I can directly relate to. Eventually, after many hard resets and even a factory reset within the console, the issues would come back as I would try to reinstall games.

Eventually I found the instructions to commit to the offline system update diagnostic tool and began with the OSUDT2 update. Upon update, I finished setup and began redownloading my games/apps. Sure enough, in due time the same issues came back once again.
At this point, I commited to the usb drive factory default restore. Upon finishing that process, I began playing for the evening (Sunday as I had spent most of my time restoring games/apps from the various resets). After a few hours of Black Ops 3 playing
like it should, the game/UI lockups and black screens came back.

I was beginning to wonder if the issue is hardware related, then I noticed some issues with wireless networks. I reset my router to factory defaults, cleared the Xbox One alternate mac address, restarted, and I was rewarded with a few hours of gameplay.
In the midst of all of these issues, occasionally I would come across the machine not even completing a boot (stuck on green loading animation straight to black screen) or sometimes worse with an "E200 000000EF 0000000" error.

Monday came along and I'm back at the same issues, fairly certain at this point it's not network related as my Fios Quantum Gateway router has never had issues with any other devices I use (phones, windows laptops, apple laptops, roku, chromecast, etc.)
and after all of the factory restores I'm just lost as to what it can be. At one point I decided to download only one or two apps (Verizon & Twitch) while downloading now digital games. Regardless, still had issues.

I'm sorry for the wall of text but I'm just trying to detail every single thing I can to figure out perhaps where I made a mistake and possibly am missing the issue. Any help would be fantastic, wonder if anyone else has had similar issues. If not, hopefully
this is enough information to warrant a replacement console from Microsoft.

Hard drive wipe.

My system is dead, it doesn't boot up. Green screen logo then black screen E303 error.

This means I can't get to the UI / dashboard to be able to do them steps.

 

Cannot play downloaded/installed games when connected to Xbox Live

@WPAK.. i did reset network setting, but the problem still persist, black screen when play game after back to dashboard.. tested youtube, also freeze at black screen.. so play dlc game, disc game, avatar store & app will stuck at black screen..

found another workaround, disable auto-signin then skip signin on boot.. so at least you can play 1 game, then if back to dashboard this issue recur.. restart xbox to play another game..

You could try it wired to rule out the wireless causing the problem...

 

Ah I didn't even notice I didn't include that. I actually did try to use a wired connection for a portion of the day as well connect to alternate wireless networks however I haven't had any luck with those options either

I've also set my XB1 to energy saving mode instead of instant-on
