Issues with turning on and loading up properly

Since yesterday my Xbox One has been having difficulty loading up, what happened was that after I turned it on my TV remains the way it does when nothing is turned on, a blues screen asking for display. It remains like that for 2-5 or 5-10 minutes, after
it that it goes black for another 5-10 minutes followed by going into standby mode where the screen is green with the Xbox One logo on screen and remains like that for about over 20-30 minutes (the longest was yesterday at about an hour or two). The
furthest I got was yesterday where it went as far as asking me to restart console or troubleshooting it, at this point it froze on that screen meaning I couldn't select an option, after that I turned it off and to wait a day, I did that and now it is doing
it again I'm currently at the standby part its been there for the last 30 minutes, the light in Xbox log is moving so I'm assuming it is still working and loading.

I have held down the power button for 10 minutes and turned it on again, nothing changed same problem.

I have unplugged everything, scrubbed it down just to be safe, replugged everything, nothing changed same problem.

I have also turned it off my the wall, nothing changed when I turned it on, same problem.

and I have waited a whole day before turning it back on again, same problem.

it can't be the age of the console, as my brothers one works fine, we got the consoles on the same day. At this point I am at a lost and wondering what to, any help would be appricated.

Hello NaZoom,

I have just signed up to the Xbox Insider Hub app and there is nothing there that has anything to do with Insider System Update or the sort or anywhere to ask for support. I've included an image with this reply of what I can see on the app, I have navigated
around on it and there is nothing that I can see that can help me or anyone. I am also on the Reddit now, have not done anything there yet as my after the standby screen I finally got an option to troubleshoot my Xbox, it did not freeze this time, so I was
able to select the troubleshoot option and have now innated the factory reset option and now I'm waiting for that.

Sorry to hear you are having issues with your Xbox One. Can i ask are you signed up to be part of the Xbox Insider System Update program? This wouldn’t happen automatically as you would have to sign up via the Xbox
Insider Hub app. If you are signed up for system updates, then you would need to use the Xbox Insiders Reddit page for support especially if you started having issues
after an update.

If you are not on the Insider program for system updates, the only thing I can think of trying would be a reset of your console
to factory defaults using the USB method.

Yes when I do a hard reset, doing those things, yes it loads properly. But should not have to unplug the console every time I turn it off just to play Minecraft when turned back on.

Also, the inexplicably long load times sometimes it take over 3 minutes to load up the game to a state or here it is playable, but that is a seperate issue, or maybe it is part of the same issue

Having a similar issue; it'll load up properly once I start the app but clicking on other options, it'll freeze a few seconds into loading, oh lets, my profile.

Hey there Stove! I understand you are having some freezing issues here. First, I'd like to have you test the hard drive. What you need to do is turn the console off, remove the HDD completely, turn the console on, and see how the console behaves. If it loads
up properly and has no issues, turn it off again, attach the HDD, and boot it up. If your issues come back, we can point to the HDD as the cause here, and I would recommend a replacement. Let me know if that helps, and we'll go from there. Thanks!
