    Issues with the new Xbox Store


    The new Xbox "Mercury" Store is running into some issues (at least for me, I hope). The pages are taking a while to load and sometimes not at all, in which in those cases I get a "Something went wrong" error if I am trying to load a page for a game, movie,
    etc. Loading the subpages doesn't work half of the time, and all it shows is a blank screen with the moving background image. This is kinda frustrating. What's happening to the Store? I am highly annoyed by these issues, I just wanna test it out.

    Howdy!

    I think that's the kind of feedback that the Xbox Insiders Program would like to hear about, but as far as I know, they don't scan this forum for feedback input.

    I'd recommend sending your feedback about the new store directly through the Xbox Insiders Hub app on the console or perhaps visiting the Xbox Insiders sub-Reddit.

    Since the issue is happening on both your console and PC I would also suggest setting up a call back from Xbox customer support

    So they can try to maybe make the purchase for you, and to also make sure everything is okay with your account billing information.

    Step 2 ----Select
    See other options

    Step 3 ----Select topic (Ex. System Update)

    Step 4 ----Select "Show contact options"
