Issues with the banning system

It's ridiculous, I just want to talk to my friends but I can't. I was banned for a day, and then a week, for good reason.I decided to cut it out because sometimes I can get mad, but I'd rather not get banned again. I checked my email, and I was banned, although
I said nothing wrong, but people were sending me messages to **** and other things filled with profanity (because of the fact I use shotguns in league play).I filed for a case review because I knew I didn't deserve a 2 week ban, and the ban was upheld because
of "Verbal abuse and encouraging self-harm", first of all the only people I was in a party with were close friends of mine, I never even touched game chat, and I didn't send a single message to any stranger that was a voice message or encouraged self harm,
nor anything hinting or anywhere even near it, not even any profanity.The only message that could've had anything to do with a ban was a message to a friend that said "KYS" he told me he didn't report me, and it's something that we do, we joke around and say
these things to each other, so either it was upheld because someone claimed I encouraged self harm in the chat I was never in with a person I never talked to, and that was considered "evidence" even though it never happened, or it was upheld because of a joking
message to a friend who didn't report me. I don't expect this to unban me from communications for the next 2 weeks, but I hope that someone, anyone at all will notice and help draw attention to this and help make changes to this, because I stoped being rude
to others in online games and improved my behavior just to end up getting banned because someone was mad at my play style in a game, and I would bet this has happened to many others.Change needs to be made and hopefully this will help me and many others in
the community who just want to play xbox so they can talk to friends and have fun, and not worry about and face the consequences of being communications banned for absolutely no good reason.

Banning system

A 2 week ban usually occurs after the 3rd communication ban.

First is 24 hours.

Seconds is a week

Third is 2 weeks.

Unless its changed recently.

 

Any reports have to be investigated first,which takes time so chances are you were suspended again for something you did weeks or even months ago,before you decided to change your behaviour online.
