Issue's with support

With all due respect I'm tired of getting denied access to my account after forgetting the password. Even when I submit a New form it's still rejected due to not enough evidence. Come on I just want to play games not deal with 50 million password
[Mod Removed – Profanity], any tips on what I can do or have I just lost my account due to microsoft?

Support Issue

I am trying to submit a repair request for my xbox 360 and half way through the form it pops up that Customer email and phone number are not valid and gives me no options to correct it or to move on. I am seriously angry that after spending so much money
on this system that it stopped working after just over a year ( and the warranty expires conveniently and it seems to be a very common problem ) that I am having such a hard time getting it repaired. I tried to do a live chat with support and that won't work
either.

Sorry to hear that you're dealing with issues trying to get back into your account.

Unfortunately, the only ways that we have right now to get back into your account are completing the
ACSR
and/or following the steps here on our page entitled
Recover and reset your lost Microsoft account password. If you cannot recover your account those ways then you can always create a new account.

I know this is not the most preferred answer but we have these security protocols set in order to keep any of your personal information safe from unauthorized access by other parties.

No I’ve used just one Xbox console. Is there anyone to call every time I go to Xbox support it says their chat and call line are not available? I just purchased a game before I reset my console and if I can’t get into my account I’ll have to call my bank to try to get my refund? That’s crazy no one is available to talk to to try to retrieve my old information.

I apologize but as per the support site: "Important Xbox Support can't provide this info, even if you know your gamertag."

We just need to locate the Microsoft email address that you may have used. I have here that you can check to possibly locate the Microsoft email address, for your reference you can check this link: https://support.xbox.com/en-US/help/account-pro...

Do you happen to have logged in on a different console? Because we can definitely use that in locating your Microsoft email address.

The call option will depend on your location as well as the issue.

Going back, even Xbox support can't provide the Microsoft email address even though we know our Gamertag so we just need to check all Microsoft accounts that we know.
