    2nd time I've requested help and the employees either don't allow me to respond back or just don't answer me at all. I'll be calling later today as well as probably corporate too. This is unacceptable and I know they're violating SOP and their own customer
    service policies. Last chance on this forum to receive adequate assistance. My buddy bought me a giftpack for a game called Vigor, I bought him the same one as a surprise without knowing he actually already had it. Needless to say. Neither of us can redeem
    it do to this. Code is unused and I waited 48 hours for the refund option to appear but it never did. I contacted support and they completely disregarded my situation and gave me a generic response. 2nd request. Closed with no response. Call attempt and they
    hung up... I have their names ready to fire at their supervisors later today. Can anyone else please assist this situation.
