Issues with reputation

Hi, recently I contacted blizzard support regarding my inability to find a game on Overwatch. After many tests they have told me it is regarding my Xbox live reputation, so am here looking for answers.

Currently while on my console when i go onto my profile page it says Reputation: Avoid me, This must have only very recently appeared within the last 2-3 days as I've never seen anything there before. However when i go onto my profile on the Xbox website
it says my reputation is Good player. Is this some kind of bug with the system??

Any help is appreciated.

Reputation...........

My account for 6 years was perfectly fine. No issues. But in the beginning of 2018 I got a Avoid Me reputation. WHY? I run into people with also bad reputations that make my gameplay bad. I PAY TO HAVE FUN NOT DEAL WITH ANNOYING CHEATERS! If I don't receive
my reputation to be cleaned I will have issues as I pay 10 dollars a month for fun not to deal with cheaters calling me trash and pathetic.

Issues with the reputation system.

If you can't play nice you will just have to play with the bad rep players until you improve

It's like a timeout you can't play nice matches if you destroy and make games not fun for ithers

I came to make a thread but then saw yours and i have the same issue here, on xbox one console it says 'reputation needs work' i then check on the website and just for the month of june i have been reported 30 times for cheating and 10 for unsupporting.
Its a joke, also 3 for 'voice' when im mainly in party chat with friends.

Enforcement history is different from rep and is only one part of it

You will just have to be nice it is that simple

Play more games like mmorpg that are free and remember avoid unsportsman like behaviour including communication like excessive bragging etc or bad gaming habits

It isn't rocket science

Everyone has the right to avoid bad players

All consoles use the same system to allow players to avoid annoying or bad sports
