    it says that i have a free version of minecraft windows edition, i went to download it, it told me i needed the full game, and now it says the code has been redeemed already and i don’t have the game... don’t know what to do

    I cannot redeem code of bonus games in gear of war 4. These are gears of war 3 and gears of war 1.

    It could very well be a region thing, but you should also try redeeming the code via the website. I have seen a lot people with issues redeeming via console.

    Where did you get the redemption code from, and when you look at your account https://account.microsoft.com/ can you see if you have used the redemption on your account?

    Please check your order history to see if the Code Redeemed and then 1- redownload your profile to see if it works

    Try redeeming the code on the console, or try using Internet Explorer to redeem the code on Xbox.com. I've also had issues redeeming codes on the website when I don't use IE.
