Issues with Profile, Party Chat, Store, Etc.

Recently my Xbox has been having some problems with most features outside of running games. I can't open the store, or my profile or even the Xbox assist app. None of the gamerpics for friends come up, and sometimes the icons for games themselves don't
load either. I can't join or even start a party and I can't read messages as well. The internet is connected fine and the NAT type is open, it just started doing this a few days ago. I can still run/update games just fine so I'm not sure where the issue lies.
I've tried hard resets but nothing seems to work, any help would be appreciated.

If you reset your console within console settings and select to keep your games and apps it works again.

I have the same exact problem. Xbox support is saying, “ Its only a service outage, it’ll be fixed in a couple hours.” I haven’t gotten any help.

Well me and my group continue to have multiple party chat issues and party invite issues (can't hear people in party chat can't join etc)

The one only has the dashboard not the store interface for the 360 it's a basic emulator with party chat etc
