Issues with profile not showing achievements & being disconnected from Live.

Hiya

Not sure if this is the right place to post this but here goes.

I'm having two issues, unsure if they are connected. Firsly, when I go into pretty much any game, I'm being disconnected from Live. It's been happening since xmas so I thought it was to do with XBL being down but it's still happening. I tried to play on
regardless but then it didn't award me any achievements so I stopped!

More worryingly, my profile is now missing some achievements. I completed Costume Quest 2 at the start of November and got 17 of the 18 achievements, these were showing but now it's only showing as having 5 of them. For the last week the profile on the
360 showed as me never having even played it yet on xbox.com it showed as 5/18. I just went in to the game and it looked as though I'd got the 17 (icons were showing) but it said I had 0/18, then it seemed to sync up and now shows 5 the same as here but that's
still wrong!

I've been playing Lego Marvel over the last week and it says I have 19 of the achievements but I actually have more (and the icons themselves are showing as unlocked for 28 of them and include the dates I got them).

I thought about deleting and re-downloading my profile but as it's not showing up right on here, I'm worried I'll lose everything I've done over the last couple of months (Costume Quest 2 was 1st Nov).

MS Update Fail!

Hey there - if you're having issues with being disconnected from LIVE when you try to use apps or play gaes, please try re-downloading your Xbox LIVE profile. This should resolve this issue for you. If you are still having issues after that, please let us

Disconnected from Live and unable to sign in when playing GTA5

As soon as I start GTA5 I am disconnected from Xbox Live. Where my gamerpic should be on the Xbox Guide a blank square is showing, my gamerscore is zero, and the achievements, awards and recent lists are all empty. When I try to connect to Live the “Add
Security” dialog comes up asking me if I want to sign in with my e-mail and password. The first time I followed it through but that resulted in my profile getting corrupted. If I go to Xbox Home with “Y” from the guide I sometimes have to pick a profile to
sign in like I am not signed in at all or I stay in the disconnected state with everything still cleared, also the dashboard theme. This problem does not occur when playing other games.
