issues with preview

i logged into xbox one live this morning and i have an update about 1124mb and its gets stuck about 75 percent of the way while it says applying update , can i get unsubscribed from the preview program please and will it take the update its currently trying
to install on my xbox off of it or not thanks

Sorry you're having issues with your console. If you're in the Preview Program and having an issues with a preview update, I would suggest reposting this thread in the preview forums here. The folks over there would be the best ones to assist with Preview
issues.

Xbox one will not update

If any of you are in Preview, then go post in the Preview Forums to receive assistance with any update issues. There is no staff or support in the regular forum where you are now posting that can assist with any Preview issues. Phone support and Twitter
support are also unable to assist with Preview issues.

Look at the top of the page.It should say Xbox Insiders,thats where the preview/insider forums are.
