    Issues with PC Game Pass


    I am trying to install games from Game Pass on my new PC. I have subscription to Ultimate and I’m using the Xbox PC application to install them. I’ve tried a few games and all of them give me the same error message, and the code is 0x80073cf3.

    Ultimate is not the issue. I'm not sure what is, but Ultimate is not a requirement. Ultimate is a bundled subscription of Gold, Game Pass for console, and Gane Pass for PC. If you're only using the PC, you only need Game Pass for PC otherwise you have 2 subscriptions you don't need. Sea of Thieves is available on Game Pass for PC and buying Ultimate wouldn't change anything about the game.

    PC Game Pass Issue

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regards to your concern.

    Please make sure that your PC’s location is set to the correct region/county where the subscription is supported.

    Windows settings > Time & Language > Country or Region.

    After making the changes make sure to quit and re-launch the app.
