Issues With Party Chat

Okay so everytime I start up any game I get kicked from the xbox live party. And i have done everything to try and fix it, i power cycled my console, i switched to wired connection, i factory reset my console, i left my xbox unplugged for a day, now i am
in the preview program but i did unenroll from it and im waiting for that process to go though. Even xbox customer support couldnt help. Now i can stay in party chat when im on the dashboard or if i have the party chat tab open in the game. Customer support
said if it doesnt work after i unenroll from the preview program its probaly a problem with the OS. Im looking to see if anyone has any suggestions that i havent tried yet.

Yep , had to use Skype in the background for friend chat whilst gaming.

Sorry to hear about the issue! If your friends are continuing to see you in Party Chat when you are not in one, I suggest trying a few troubleshooting steps:

• First, Remove your account from your Xbox One console.
  
• Once you have removed your account, press and hold the power button on your Xbox One console for 10 seconds.
  
• When your console has powered off, unplug the power cord.
• Wait a few minutes and then plug in your console.
• Power on your console and Download your account to your Xbox One console.
  
• After your account has been successfully added, check with your friends to see if they are noticing that you showing as in Party Chat.
