Issues With Party Chat (Two Issues)

I've had a few issues with party chat in regards to Windows 10 and was hoping to find some suggestions/answers on how to fix it.

1. When on my Surface Pro 2 while on the XBox, party chats will ONLY show up on tablet. I have to sign off in order to get the invite on the XBox. Is there a way to either disconnect the option on the tablet?

2. I have yet to find a way to use my headset on the tablet while using party chat. I tried the XBox headset, blutooth, etc... no sound comes through. I've checked to make sure the setup listed the headset as primary. When using the tablet's hands free option,
it gives the party an echo and they hear their voice in feedback. Is there someone who's had success with using it?

Yep , had to use Skype in the background for friend chat whilst gaming.

I've been using my tritons for sound and using kinetic for chat with my mates , if u snap party chat then turn it on , it works fine get the voices and sound through headphones just use kinetic for chat till adapter or new headphones arrive , we thought it worked fine on cod

 

I have a surface pro 4. For me it all works fine. Are you using the Xbox app or the Xbox Beta app? You should try both of them. Maybe the other works better ☺
