Issues with online services on fh3

When I boot up forza horizon 3, it crashes when I try to play it. this issue started yesterday and still hasn't been fixed. I reset the xbox about a million times, reset my internet a thousand times, and haven't found anything useful information in the support
center. I even talked to someone from xbox and they weren't able to help me very much. Can someone please help me, at this point I cant take it anymore and don't want to go and buy another xbox.

Forza Horizon 3 Connection issues

Hello, i am having issues with FH3 on PC with when joining an online session i get kicked after ~10mins is it cause the xbox app says my ping is 100+?

 

Forzathon issues on FH3

There is a Forzathon challenge and the requirements is to complete a championship in a GT or super GT car to get the Subaru BRZ horizon edition. i completed the championship in my Ferrari which is a super GT car and i was not rewarded the car. then i
did it again in the same car and the same happened. so i restarted the game and tried again in my Bentley which is a GT car and again i did not get the reward. then i did again for a 4th time in my Aston martin a super GT car and it did not work. i turned
off my Xbox and then tried again with my Ferrari again and the same thing happened. then i turned of the Xbox and gave it 20 mins and then i came back again and did it again in my Ferrari and again i was not rewarded the car. each championship has a minimum
of three races in it and i have spent the last 3 -4 hours trying to get this car when all of my friends have the car. you can see how after 3 - 4 hours of playing the game how not getting the reward can be frustrating
