    Issues with new update


    I joined the preview program this week and the 1st update has broken my console. If I attempt to open any programs my console acts as it is opening the program but stalls. When I click the select button over the opened ap, there is no quit option to select.
    I am able to enter the settings menu though. Has anyone had similair issues? How often are updates sent out? I'm considering just factory resetting my console, and hoping the issue resolves itself. If I unplug my external hard drive, will my console recognize
    it when I plug it back in? Would it force me to reconfigure the hard drive? I dont want to risk losing hundreds of hours on Dark Souls and Destiny. Lol. If You actually read All of this thank you

    Most of the ads shown in the new format are for xbox content, and on mine there's only one square that ever shows any external unrelated ad.

    I am having the exact same frustrating issue, did the online chat and spent an hour on the phone. The end result... wait a few days and try again when they fix the bug. I am not satisfied with this answer and would like some resolution sooner, not being
    able to connect because of their errors is very inconvenient and unacceptable for a pay account
