Issues with my xbox chat

So I noticed in the past few weeks I can be in a party and I'll get randomly disconnected from it. That or it will suddenly say I'm connecting and when it does allow me to stay in the party it cuts in and out and I don't hear all that's being said. My router has been reset, I have restarted my console multiple times, my live membership is up-to-date, and my internet service is perfectly fine. I've troubleshooted multiple times as well and it says everything is fine. Please tell me I'm not the only one or that there is a fix for this.

Can you please test your NAT Type and let me know if it’s OPEN? To test it kindly follow the steps below:

Settings > General > Network Settings > Test NAT Type.

But my main issue is that I can't use the chat with xbox support page, the green "start chat" button does not work

No, I am trying to chat with other people on an XBox One. Oddly enough, one of my friends who is having the same issue can chat to people through BF4 ingame chat. Just not through party chat.

So far I'm pretty disappointed with the Xbox One and the party chat and Skype chat are trash in my opinion especially with the issue you brought up.
