    Last month bought the oreniup edition of MK11, my card was charged for it, it came up on the bill and I payed it not too long after.

    Thing is, now it says that the payment was not authorized but there's nothing wrong with my card so I'm not sure what's going on or what I can do. Really don't want to see the 23rd come up and I realize that I lost money. Any clues to what I could do here?

    Where did you pre-order from? Maybe you can contact them and see what is going on with the transaction.
    Got it from the actual Microsoft Store.

    Typically pre-orders are taken around 10 days before game release. I would check to see what your billing says at https://account.microsoft.com

    I didn't actually know that before, never pre-ordered something. But what it says is that the authorization failed for the payment.

    Your best bet here would be to contact your bank or credit card company to make sure there isn't a block on it for purchases for Xbox.
