Issues with my Minecraft/Microsoft account

Hello,

I recently have had some issues regarding my Microsoft account along with my Minecraft account. Around 2 months ago I migrated my MC account to a Microsoft account (different from the one I am posting this on) and had some issues come about with it. I wanted to completely delete the account altogether, and I looked into it and some places said that if you delete the Microsoft account the Minecraft account is tied to, the account will be completely wiped along with all the other data. Knowing this I submitted my request to have the account removed and after a month, it was. However the Minecraft account tied to it is still active and visible despite the Microsoft account being gone and is no longer able to be logged into. I contacted Mojang, and they helped me some but I have not heard from them in over 2 weeks about the status of my situation and have tried to email them back and to no avail. Wondering if there is anyone that can help/anything I can do from here to either 1. Get the MC account completely removed or 2. Have the account moved to another Microsoft account I have access to.

Hello,

Yes it is in Minecraft launcher, but it was associated with Xbox account, currently the auto login feature also applies to Xbox apps I have installed on my computer, therefore it is both a issue with Minecraft launcher and Xbox, it is kind of also a Microsoft account issue since my Minecraft account was my Microsoft account.

the issue was of my microsoft account bein hacked, i was trying to recover the minecraft account

If possible, only Mojang can unlink the account and migrate to another account. Deleting your Microsoft account will only make you lose access to the game, I don't recommend you to do that.

I have linked my Microsoft account to my PS4 account in order to play cross platform minecraft. The issue is that I would like to play cross platform with my brother, who is playing using my Xbox One. My microsoft account is now associated with
both my PS4 account and Xbox Live account, which means that we share a gamertag. For this reason I cannot add my Xbox account as a friend on Minecraft and cannot play cross platform. I attempted to resolve this issue by unlinking my Microsoft account from
my PS4 account but this did not resolve the issue. I was unable to link a different Microsoft account to my PS4 account, a message informed me that my account was already linked to another and could not be linked again.

Hi Josef, I’m having the same issue however this is the first time I’ve got minecraft on any PlayStation, I’ve tried logging in to Minecraft on PS5 and it gives me the same message, there is only my account on my PS5 yet it says my Microsoft account is already linked to another PSN account, I do not have minecraft on PS4. I attempted to use a different Microsoft account but all I got was a signing in screen for 10 minutes so gave up.

(Edit: just installed minecraft on my ps4 with the same PSN account and also says the Microsoft account is linked to a different PSN account but Nintendo switch works fine so seems to be an issue with PlayStation minecraft)
