Issues with my games not loading/booting up saves.

Got to "clear your cash" to do so you just have to hold the power button on your system for 10 seconds and leave the system powered down for 30 seconds to 1 minute, then proceed to turn the system on. This should fix the problem completely. Yw for a response
since Microsoft seems incapable of such.

 

^^^ Sorry man. Already tried to clear my cache and it did nothing to help. The only two things I haven't tried are deleted and redownloading my profile, which I will do, and then Resetting to factory defaults. I don't plan on doing that one.

 

Deleting profile, clearing cache, and re downloading profile did nothing for me. Guess I'll have to factory reset. What a pain. Or maybe I'll just use my 360, you know, the console that actually works.

 

Ok well finally got it all fixed. Unfortunately I had to reset my console back to factory settings but my console runs much faster and I don't have any more issues.

 

I've been having all of these problems and more ever since I bought this $500 light up paper-weight. I bought Thief the day it came out and STILL haven't been able to play it. That came out in February! I can only play about 30 seconds of COD before it sends
me back to the title screen with some BS disc read error. I have to uninstall and reinstall Battlefield at twice a day, and every time if can play some maps, but not others. Wolfenstein I had to uninstall and reinstall 8 times before I actually got play it.
Watch Dogs? Yea right! And what's probably even more frustrating is the fact that the only solution anyone can offer is to "power cycle" my xbox. Well guess what? I've spent more time power cycling my xbox than I have actually getting to play a game. I've
restored factory defaults...TWICE!!! Hey Microsoft, I got an idea. How about instead of focusing on how well my voice commands work, or if I can watch TV on my gaming console, you focus on the the important thing here. Like being able to play a video game
on my video game console! I already have a cable box that works just fine, and as far as voice commands, I don't even like talking to real people, let alone the annoying box that sits near my TV! Somebody over there, please help us out. I really don't want
to switch PS, but I also really want to enjoy my free time again.

 

Will deleting the cache delete my save data too?

I had the same problem and nothing was working until I treid the fully power cycle thing witch worked.

 

I was having the same issue..what worked for me was holding the power button on the front of console, not controller, until the xbox 1 shut down...wait 30 seconds..power on from front console button. It worked for me.

 

Hi all. I had exactly the same issues having switched off while on the save screen. Hard boot worked for me but had to switch off and hold power button down for 10secs. Very annoying big xbox. Get your act together. This game cost me £45 to download and
I expect to play it whenever I want. GET IT SORTED!

Is anyone else still getting this problem? I just got it today when trying to play the master chief collection, which worked but had no progress saving (even controller layouts). I then tried forza 5 which wouldn't start and forza horizon 2 which had the
same issue. Even internet explorer wouldn't work, with some error code (0x80bb0001).
