Issues with My Games & Apps...

This started happening to me yesterday, when I go into My Games & Apps it will open up as usual, then in about 5-6 seconds the screen will go blank and stay that way indefinetily unless I press the guide button and then the b button, wich will send me
back to the home screen. My games seem to work without any issues, I've tried reseting the console with and without unplugging it from the power outlet, I even reset the console to factory settings while keeping my games, but still the issue remains, could
this be caused by the recent update?

I am not in the insider program. I do mean full factory reset. So far this only happens in My Apps & Games. This all started when I bought a new Xbox One X around Christmas. Once the problem started I contacted support but got no solution. I was waiting
for an update to see if it would fix it, but the February update rolled out and the problem is still there.

"New xbox doesn't fix" means that when this problem started I had a new xbox one x that was still returnable to the store, since nothing worked to fix it, I returned it to the store and got a new one. The problem was still there. I'm not the only one with
this problem either, it's just not widespread enough to be a major issue I guess. I already went through hours of support without a solution. I thought it was an account issue, but then it happened to multiple accounts on the same console. My son has a first
gen Xbox one and when I downloaded my profile on it I have the same problem, while his profile is fine. I'm totally stumped and hardly even use the xbox anymore because it's frustrating.

Thank you for posting on the Xbox forums. We need a little more information to make sure we provide the correct solution. Is your Xbox One X enrolled in the

Xbox Insider Program? You mentioned that you performed a total reset. Are you referring to the

full factory reset? Does the screen go black when you are performing any other actions on the console? Be sure to let us know the results KevinLin_71!
