Issues with minecraft packs

Certain packs on minecraft that I purchased are now stuck with the downloading bar and a blue exclamation mark. These were usable before but now cannot be accessed. Ive tried deleting them from the in game option as well as maps that had been created on
them but still no luck. The box in the marketplace screen that usually has either the price or download in is greyed out.

Any help would be appreciated thanks

A little clarity, are you having issues with content packs from the Minecraft store or non official mods?

If the issue is with content purchased from the Minecraft store do both you and your friend have the same content packs?

Minecraft with Explorers Pack is Minecraft with the explorer pack (5 most popular content packs)

Minecraft Master Collection is Minecraft with 1000 in game currency, starter pack and creators pack

Minecraft is just Minecraft

You can buy the packs later if you just want Minecraft first

I recommend you to first buy Minecraft and then let your son explore the content first

If you are unable to turn off or delete a pack in Minecraft, you can try the following steps:

Close Minecraft completely and restart your computer. This can sometimes help in resolving issues with the game.

Launch Minecraft and go to the "Options" menu.

Click on "Resource Packs" and find the pack that you want to turn off.

Click on the arrow next to the pack to move it to the "Available" section.

Close the Resource Packs menu and check if the pack is still active in the game.

If the pack is still active, you can try the following steps:

Open the Minecraft launcher and go to "Launch Options."

Find the profile that you are using and click on "Edit."

Look for the "Game Directory" option and click on "Open."

This will take you to the Minecraft game files. Find the "resourcepacks" folder.

Locate the pack that you want to delete and delete it from the folder.

Restart Minecraft and check if the pack is no longer active.

If Minecraft is working fine without the texture pack, and only the textures are the issue, then MirrormasterOO7 needs to contact BDCraft first.

If MirrormasterOO7 is using Minecraft on the Xbox One, or the Windows 10 version, then Microsoft took the support for the "Bedrock" version of Minecraft.

Java Minecraft is Mojang's responsibility.

But since this problem is about a texture pack not working correctly, BDCraft has to provide support, and if there is a new incompatibility in a Minecraft version with their texture pack, BDCraft has to figure that out.

So MirrormasterOO7 has to contact BDCraft first, not Mojoang. And since Microsoft has bought Mojang, they are also providing the support.
