Issues with Microsoft Solitaire

First, a few days ago, a box popped up saying it was time to renew my premium account status (no ads!). When I attempted to it said to uninstall and reinstall from the MS store. I've done that three times and still cannot get it to update. I can still
play but now have the ads back.

Then tonight, when I tried to play MS Mahjong, it said I couldn't. Error code 101_107_1

Help!

sign in problem

Bump... I am having sign in issues with Microsoft Mahjong as well. My Taptiles and Microsoft Solitaire Collection sign in just fine.

Additionally, providing us with a screenshot of your computer's DXDiag will help a bunch. You can press the 'Windows' key on your keyboard and type in 'dxdiag' and it should pop up. If you need further
