Discus and support issues with microsoft rewards not awarding me points in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; so, using the microsoft rewards app on my xbox i went to complete a task by doing the punch card then i went and purchased the game after doing that...     issues with microsoft rewards not awarding me points


    so, using the microsoft rewards app on my xbox i went to complete a task by doing the punch card then i went and purchased the game after doing that from the link. its not registering or awarding the points for purchasing the game and finishing the punch card. still just says that i have the punch card started. does anyone have any advice on who i should talk to about this in the microsoft world or am i just better off not wasting any time/energy on this and chalk it up?

    You would contact Microsoft Rewards support. There's a contact link at the bottom of the Rewards website.

    Rewards is confusing me.. To left, it says 840 microsoft points. Under Points Awarded To Date, it says 700. I thought the Microsoft point number on the left (above my VIP badge) was my points that I've been awarded in total?

    Unless the Microsoft Rewards program changes their offers, they do not award points for achievements.

    "It may take up to 30 days for Pending Rewards Points to be deposited into your Xbox LIVE account. Microsoft Points are deposited in increments of 100 or more, and they will be deposited by the 15th and 30th of each month. Visit the Xbox LIVE Rewards website
    often to see your Pending balance and how many Rewards Points you've been awarded. Pending Points will not display in your Total Rewards Points Awarded."

    Microsoft is currently redesigning all of the Xbox Live Rewards program now that Microsoft points are being discontinued. The Birthday Awards, and all other Rewards functions have been discontinued for the current moment.
