    issues with managing my sons acct.


    My son just got Xbox Live Gold. He has been playing with it for a few days now. I was trying to update his acct. so that he could dl maps and such for his games. I could not figure it out. Kept on telling me the same thing. So I deleted him off of my wifes
    acct on the "family" thing. (mind you we are completely new to this xbox thing.) After I deleted him off of her family he could not connect to Live Gold any more. I finally got him set up on my family via Online, but when he goes to access his Live Gold acct.
    on the 360 it keeps telling him "the parent microsoft acct associated with this xbox live profile, XXXXXXXX, isnt valid. choose another account. I am not understanding this at all. Is it telling me that I have to create a new acct. just so that I can add him
    to it??? I myself do not have Live Gold. Any help would be Greatly appreciated.

    Error 80153410 occurs when you try to buy or download content from Xbox LIVE

    I loaded my Live acct with £17 worth of microsoft points. My sons are trying to buy/download armour etc using the points on my live acct (ie 2000) when the click to do this we get the error code. Points purchased with debit card, same as used the last 2
    times with no issues

    same issue here and not a posting issue however my acct when I sign into live.com says I need gold acct. Ive been a gold member for almost 12 yrs :( My sons acct is fine :(
