    Issues with loading discs into console


    When I try and load a game disc into the console, I eject and put disc back in and nothing. I can do this for 20 minutes and it won't load the game. I can only get the game to load if I pick the Xbox console up and tilt it on the rear of the frame and then
    place the disc in the console. Any ideas? sounds strange I know but this is the only way I can play any games. It's frustrating!

    Constant system issues, apps crashing, games not loading, HHD not being detected, etc etc

    Which brand / model external Discs are you guys using?

    Some of them may be using slower discs which could easily cause issues with loading.

    Loud Titanfall disk?

    I put the disc in my wife's console (I bought digital) and it is louder than usual discs as per my previous message about spin speeds but quietened down after loading into game.

    If it is a circle scratch around the center then that means the console may have been moved while the disc was in it. If you find issues loading the disc in the future try installing it to the console.

    You will still need the disc to play but the drive won't spin. This should also extend the life of your console.

    @ BatedElk5 like the others have said 5 gb is nowhere near enough, i had 40gb and had to upgrade it to unlimited.

    Hey there BatedElk5. Unfortunately large updates are now becoming commonplace. One option that you have is playing offline and not downloading the update, but updates are to fix bugs and glitches, so you might run into issues with that. As for which games
    don't need updates, usually older games will need one update, but there will rarely be any new updates in the future. I would post your question here:

    Ragrding my issue. The turning it off works sometimes but i spent 20 minutes the other day trying to load fifa. Any other suggestions.

    Does anybody know of any xbox1 games that you don't have to download a bunch of updates for? I purchased 'dying light' yesterday and it said there was an update of about 2.8 gigs. Well, after over 4 gigs it was on 88% and all of my monthly allotment of gigs
    [5gigs per month] was gone. I'm on Hughes Network and now I have to buy more gigs to download the rest or wait till the 17th of July to do it!!! Help!!! If you know of any games that you can play without having to download a bunch of content from xbox live,
    I'd like to know. THANKS!!!
