ISSUES WITH INSIDER ALPHA THAT I HAVE EXPERIENCED.

The "new" Edge is currently only available to Alpha Skip Ahead Insider preview members.

Insider issues are handled by Reddit Xbox Insiders forum. This forum is for General release OS issues.

Edit.. As of 22nd July "new" Edge is available to Alpha, Beta, Delta Insider previews so it is getting closer to a General release.

Just a friendly reminder though that Alpha Ring is on an "invite-only" basis. You can definitely be an Xbox Insider it's open for all but Alpha and Alpha Skip-Ahead rings are invite-only.

I think FreeSync support is only available for consoles that are in the Alpha and Beta tiers of the Xbox Insider program. If you are in the Xbox Insider program and experiencing issues with FreeSync then I would encourage you to post this in the

I recommend sending out a bug report to the insider team by holding down the Xbox button on the controller to pull up the power menu and you will see an option to

Report a problem. Go ahead and select that and you can describe the issue in detail.

This should help with gathering data on those experiencing this issue so they can work on a fix.

This is indeed a known issue within the current Insider update. It was listed in the revision notes from the latest Alpha Skip and Alpha releases. The best advice I'd have at this point is to sit tight and let them work on it.

I'm am having the EXACT issue all day today, the same time frame you (Lexman61) had expressed he started experiencing this issue and posted this. Also in Alpha skip ahead. I'm on an Xbox one S . Update was early this morning with insiders. I've been inside my router made sure everything is open. It is. Exhausted all the trouble shooting listed on Xbox. Completely reset my console, tried my neighbor's network. Test my router to default. Nothing worked. Still getting this unavailable can't find Teredo IP address message/ still have the issue. My kids have an Xbox one too, it's not enrolled in the insiders, and they have zero NAT issues. I've reported to the "make a report" twice, and also some with Microsoft techs, who are just as clueless. I truly believe it's an issue with the recent update. I'm pretty frustrated. Your post here has given me hope, because I now see that I'm not the only one experiencing this, and both of us are in Alpha insiders. Could be a connection. Make sure you also use the report problem, so the insider team will notice its a multiple person issue. Good luck! Fingers crossed we get our gaming back!
