    Hi, I have a problem with first generation xbox, after installing fifa18 and other download i cannot see the home, the game with cd works as well but when i press the home botton too the screen benone black... HELP PLEASE!!

    Issues with home xbox

    I'm trying to switch my home xbox back to my main account but it won't let me. I would understand if I used all 3 changes but I've only used 1. When I go to change it it says I still have 2 changes but when I try it tells me it can only be changed 3 times
    a year. If anyone can help it would be appreciated.

    You can try contacting support, but there is no guarantee they can reset it. Generally once you've reach your limit, you'll have to wait the year before you can start over.

    You can only change your home Xbox 3 times a year. That's pretty much it. The system you and your brother would have worked to share games if you didn't keep changing it so many times. I'm not sure why you did, but back to
    what I said at the beginning of this post... You can only change your home Xbox 3 times a year so waiting is the only option I see. Have a nice day. :)

    Hi, if you're having problems with the Home Xbox setting it's best to call Xbox phone support, they may be willing to check and reset the Home Xbox feature on your account.
