    Issues with hdmi and controller sync


    Yea so as subject says. My hdmi just stopped working, i cant get a signal from it. Ive tried everything. Unplugged it all held down power button and disc tray button and tried a diffrent cable still no signal. For the controller sync i also tried everything
    i found on youtube. Switched batteries tried syncing back up like 13 times. Tried connecting with the cable just dosent work. Im a student at college and cant afford to buy new contollers or xbox. Please somebody have a solution 2 new games are coming out
    soon i want to play and have all ready pre orded. Would be a waste if i bought 2 games to not play them.

    Video and Audio Delay HELP!

    I'm having lip sync issues as well. I just switched to Xfinity from DirecTV. There were no issues with my DTV box, but my Xfinity box has serious sync issues. The same Xfinity box on one of my other TV's has the same routing with the exception of the
    XB1 and no issues. I see no sync issues with Netflix, Amazon Instant, and gaming.

    My audio settings are stereo. I tried Dolby 5.1 bitstream and it was much worse.

    My routing is: Xfinity PR150BNM (Stereo) > HDMI > XB1 > HDMI > Vizio e601i-a3 > HDMI ARC > Vizio VHT215

    please help me

    If the center LED is green and the controller cannot sync with the console, then the console's stuck waiting for HDMI handshake to finish.

    Try the Composite cable that came with the console. If that works, there's an issue with the HDMI cable, the HDMI input, or the HDMI port on the 360.

    Sorry you're having issues with your console. If your HDMI is not working can you get any display going? Does the power brick change colors after you reboot it holding the power button? If you've verified power, the brick changes color when you hit power,
    and you've done the hard reset you'll likely need service on your console. To submit a repair request please go to

    Hi,

    As above stated I would try another appliance tv/monitor.

    As well as change the HDMI cable.

    I would also do the "resolution reset" which can be done by turning of your console completely, by holding down the power button for 4-5 seconds.

    Then Hold Down the Eject button and Power button until you here the "Beep".

    It might be a HDR problem. Make sure to enable HDMI Deep Colour in your TV settings. As for the controller, have you tried syncing it again, by holding the sync button on your controller and console?

    Powers up, no image or audio, controllers wont connect.

    For the controllers try pushing the sync button on the controllers and the sync button located on the left of where the USB slots are located. Like Sage said try using the composite cables and if you get video it might be an issue with your HDMI cable. Make
    sure everything is seated snug into the xbox as well and if all else fails exchange it from the store you bought it from
