Issues with Halo:nightfall, will not play

The issue i have is that i can get videos on halo channel to play, but when i try playing nightfall it would always skip at the title screen and go straight to "Breaking down the Map" =_=

 

I'm having the same exact problem. I purchased the digital version, but I also have a physical code as well.

 

Same problem for me. Digital version and I can't play the video. Bounces me back and forth between the Halo channel app and the game. Frustrating!

 

It really is frustrating isn't it. Hopefully they will fix it soon. I really want to watch it. At this rate though we're gonna be falling behind the pack, I love trying to avoid spoilers.......

 

Yeah, same here. Bought it digitally, and can't watch it. It's very aggravating. I tried resetting, to no avail. Uninstalling and reinstalling the Halo Channel didn't work either.

 

I have this issue as well. I have a physical copy of the game. Microsoft please fix!!

I can't watch it either. WTF!

This game is pissing me off. They have released a broken game. I will never buy a digital copy ever again. I would have sold it already. This is ridiculous.

Please fix this sooner than later Microsoft, I was all excited to site and watch episode with my wife when we put the kids to bed just for it to tell me to buy Halo which I already bought

 

I have the disc copy and I too have this issue. I have tried the "fix it list" Microsoft has claimed will work to no avail. I have uninstalled and re-installed the halo channel i don't know how many times now. I have uninstalled and hard reset my Xbox then
re-installed with the same result. The first episode played just fine for me and still will. But all I get for episode 2 is 'coming soon'. And I'm assuming, no hoping, that the "buy Halo to watch" message is just a generic message on the channel. As a consumer
I am very disappointed with the product I have purchased. In the past I have been a firm supporter of Microsoft, but after what I'm experiencing right now combined with what others have posted, I'm starting to believe all the negative Micro$oft banter going
around. This really needs to be fixed so it doesn't permanently damaged the reputation of Halo on the Xbone. Microsoft are you listening to your customers at all? Because it sure doesn't seem like it right now.

im having the same exact issue but I have disc but yea I watch the first one no prob and now its telling me to buy mcc when I have the disc in ugh!

Still nothing happening for me, no update/patch to fix this yet. Very disappointed
