    Issues with gift code


    I've recently buy a gift to my brother. It's a code to have access to Gold for 12 months.

    But when he write the code, he have this message : This code was purchased in another region and can not be used.

    I buy with my Paypal account and the xbox is in France...

    Please help me and don't tell me that I spent 71 € for nothing.

    You account region and your brother's region should be the same. If it still shows the same error, contact official Xbox Support to check if they can have it replaced or be refunded: Contact Us | Xbox Support
