    Issues with gamerscore disappearing


    Hello, I've recently unlocked an achievement on human fall flat on windows 10 that made over 200k+ of my gamerscore to disappear. I've had this problem once before years ago but it wasn't nearly as much and it didn't take this long to fix it's self. I
    was just curious to know if anyone knows how long it would take for it to come back or if anyone else was experiencing this

    I am getting the same issue. However it always seems to come right back. I think your gamerscore is safe :) However, have you recently got achievements in PUBG? I did yesterday and that seems to be the gamerscore that is disappearing for me.

    Sorry, my english is not very good, yes my problem is all my gamerscore of all xbox one game has disappeared, only xbox one game has disappeared, not 360, for example have normaly 218k gamerscore, but now have 76k (its only gamerscore of 360)

    Gamerscore disappeared.

    its fixed! delete you profile (just the profile!) then delete your system cache (press y on your harddrive) and finally recover your profile!
