    Issues with Gamepass perks.


    I am having a problem accessing my Xbox Gamepass Ultimate perks. My membership is currently active, location is set to the US, and age is over 18 years of age. Any time I try to access my perks on my PC I get "Sorry, we're having trouble showing the details of this perk right now. Try again a little later." When I try to access the codes on my phone it just says to claim them on PC or on console. Is there anything I'm doing wrong or a possible fix to this issue? I've tried logging out and back in, closing and reoppening the app, deleting and redownloading the app, restarting my computer all to no avail. I am currently running windows 11 but that shouldn't cause an issue should it?

    Unfortunately, this is a known issue that is happening to me and other users. I'm afraid we have to wait for them to fix the problem with the app. I managed to redeem some offers on my phone and console.

    I did manage to access the fallout76 perks on the phone app but neither code is working and just gives an error when I try to claim them on bethesdas page.

    Will the current perks be extended if it takes a while for them to fix? One of the perks I was trying to claim expires in 11 days.

    Do you have normal gamepass or gamepass ultimate? Because IIRC you need Gamepass Ultimate for the perks

    I have to post this, I have no other choice.

    lots of people buy gamepass for some of the perks. it is not free when you have to buy gamepass.
