    Issues with game and gamerscore


    I was playing a game and didnt realize that my sister had her account logged in as well in the background. So for some reason when I was playing on my account the achievements I earned unlocked onto her account but not mine. Now the game wont unlock the
    achievements for myself no matter how many times I try to do them again. Is there any way to fix it?

    Reset Gamerscore

    A gamerscore reset is issued when the enforcement team determines a person has cheated/modded to get their gamerscore. So they reset the score, but you can never re-earn the gamerscore or delete the games from your history.

    You may not have been connected or offline when you got the achievements. Or you might have been signed in as someone else. That is unfortunate to hear.
