    We have 2 Xbox Ones, and have one of them set as the "home" console. Normally with the home sharing function if we download a game to the home console it carries over to the 2nd one, as long as the "main" gamertag (this one) is signed in on the 2nd
    one. We just bought the Lightning Personalization Pack for COD: AW and it doesn't seem to want to transfer over. The main gamertag can use it on either console but none of our other gamertags on the home console can access it. I tried to just purchase it again
    while signed in on one of the other gamertags and it won't let me - it says that the item has already been purchased. I tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it but that didn't help. We have also had this issue with the Limited Edition DLC that came with
    our AW console. Are game add-ons/DLC not eligible for the home sharing function the way that games are? And if so, how can I rebuy this personalization pack (and anything else) for one of our other gamertags if the console thinks that I already own it? Thanks!

    2 HARD DRIVES ON 1 CONSOLE

    I have and xbox 360 elite console with 120g hard drive. I'm almost full with downloaded games, add-ons and demos. My question is if I pick up another 120g

    hard drive can I use both on the same console (one for my games,add-ons and one for demos). Will there be an issue with having 2 different hard drives used on

    1. Are you accessing Gears of War 4 on the console Xbox One or on a Windows 10 computer? Im Playing on xbox

    2. Are you getting any error messages? No

    3. Do you have the physical copy or digital version of the game? Digital game

    4. Are you experiencing issues with accessing add-ons on other games as well? i dont have any problem acceding to mo add ons

    5. Are you logged in with the Microsoft account that was used to purchase the game add-on? Yes !

    Game add ons such as maps, etc are able to be shared among other profiles but add ons that contain game specific items (guns, skins, etc) are limited to the account that purchased it.

    If you are having issues issues purchasing the items on other accounts try having them sign in to the website here and purchase the item that way. When the tag logs into the console the item will be available to download.

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

    Make sure that the add-ons are installed on your games and add-ons tab.

    1. In My games & apps, highlight a game (but don’t select it).

    2. Press the Menu button on your controller, and then select Manage game and add-ons.

    3. Select the game in the upper-right corner of the screen, and then choose Manage installation on [drive name]. This displays a list of items, including the base game and any available add-ons or game features.

    4. Select the checkbox for each item that you want to install (or uncheck to uninstall), and then select Save changes.

    If it's not showing from there please perform a powercycle on your console by following the steps below:

    1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​

    2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. ​​​
