Issues with filing for a case review

I recently received a 1 week communication suspension on XBL I have gone to the enforcement website looked at the qualifications for appealing for a case review (I meet all qualifications) i then went to where you attempt to file for a case review but it sayings
that I dont meet the qualifications (Which again I checked and I do) if anyone knows the reason for this or could help me resolve the issue it would be greatly appreciated.

The only way to contact the enforcement team is through the case review process.

What trouble are you having exactly with filing the case review? Also not all suspensions are eligible for case review. 24 hour suspensions for example are not eligible for review.

If you're able to, you can try going to http://enforcement.xbox.com to see about submitting a case review for the suspension.

As far as the Ambassador program, you can email xboxambs @ microsoft.com (remove the spaces) to contact Ambassador staff. However, without a successful case review from the enforcement team, you most likely will not be able to rejoin.

That because account tampering cannot be applied since it on the Xbox servers not your console

It's not something you can unprove since your account is online

Not all suspensions/bans are eligible for a review and that is most likely the case for yours.
