    Issues with enforcement surveys


    Hi. I currently have a temp ban on my account . The reason of this post is that i am currently having issues with the enforcement survey. My issue is that i have completed the survey multiple times and it resets me back to the start page even
    though i answer all the questions correctly. I was going to make a post that i did exactly what the survey told me to do. Asked multiple tech supporters that couldnt help me until one individual sent me here. If possible i would like to be helped and account
    unbanned. Also i would like to thank those support that have already helped me. Finally i beleive the enforcement.xbox.com needs to be fixed becuase it feels like its overlooked. Thank you for your time.

    This is also not my first account. xXSkyBornXx was a previous account perm banned and same issues eith that account and the surveys until i finally made a new account.

    Hello jamaine7,

    Since you did not do the April survey, you did not get any Credits. You did the May survey. Please note that as stated in the FAQ, this program operates on the UTC time zone.
