Issues with downloading games on xbox360

I have issues with my downloading digital games so i start download forza horizon when my download game reach 79% stoped and again started from 0% so same issue with bulletstorm to so any ideas please help thanks

Issues with downloading games

Gotham city imposters is the free game for this month but I can't download it. Every time I try it wants me to pay. Whats up with that?

Never had any problems in the past at all so a little help would go along way here. Because my status says all is good in the land of 360 and I know for a fact its not.

That's usually the sign of a region issue. With region locked games, your account region and your physical location have to match in order to download them. If you haven't migrated your region back to your home region, then you'll need to do so and then
they should work.

 

In addition to what Smwutches mentioned you would want to be sure the country you are located in is supported for Xbox Live and games on the console.

well my friend also buy forza horizon some time ago so my friend shared acount to redownload that game well its works. So know where is the problem
