Issues with controller syncing & kinect unplugged on start-up

I have a new Xbox one and have started to experience some issues. It may be user related (lol).

Initial start-up of the xbox went fine.

Ever since the first night, I have issues with starting up the xbox. My controller will not awaken the system, the X button blinks - if I hit the power button on the console, the kinect powers up (see the red lights on kinect) and then lights shut off, then
the Xbox says kinect is unplugged. If I try to sync my controller it will not detect it, no matter which way I do it.

Now, if I unplug my console - EVERYTHING works upon plugging back in and powering up. Controller is synced, kinect works fine.

Also having controller problems. Seems to start once the controllers gone idle. After that it's nothing but headset issues, sync issues (even when using USB!) and kinect is unplugged issues.

Hard restart "fixes" this but as ppl have said that's a ball ache.

 

Xbox One - Controller Problems

I don't have this issue but one issue I do have is sometimes my controllers just won't sync with my console after I turn it on. If I turn the console on first, then turn on my controllers, most of the time it's fine. But if I turn on my console using the controller, sometimes it just won't sync even though it powered on the console. It's so weird.

Only fix is doing a hard unplug. Most of the time it's fine, but it's really annoying when it starts to happen.

 

I am having the same problem. Any one know what is going on?

 

Same issue. Seems to have only started doing this recently. TV passthru doesn't work when in this state either. Doing a hard turn off seems to recover functionality but I'm up to this happening 4 times now.

 

Also experiencing this issue, it is frustrating!
