Issues with content on Rainbow Six Siege

I buy a lot of pro sets skins with the gold chibi, the one of ash iq termite sledge pulse etc. and after the last patch i doesnt have nothing. i dunno where they go

all the skins of black ice, and now i doesnt have it, i have the history of all my purchases and i want to get all back because i buy everything with real money!.... you can check my acc i have spent more than 300usd in the game.... And tthe ones of pro league
T1 Complete and i doesnt have anithing in my acc i will put some screenshots of my purchases

How do I get the Rainbow Six Vegas and Vegas 2 games that come with Rainbow Six: Siege

I recently bought an Xbox One S and purchased Rainbow Six: Siege. On the case it says that it comes with Rainbow Six: Vegas and Rainbow Six: Vegas 2, however there are no instructions on how to obtain the copies of these games. Does anyone know how I can
obtain these games that came with Rainbow Six: Siege? Thank you.

Microsoft is responsible for supporting the purchasing side of the DLC in question, where the developer/publisher is best to assist with in game content missing after an update. We'd suggest first making sure that you're signed into the same account that
purchased the DLC and then reach back out to Ubisoft Support. It sounds like they may have been confused on the issue, since you mentioned that you've been able to purchase the content already.
