Issues with connecting two Xbox one controllers to windows 10 PC via any connection ...

Both controllers work fine on their own,

Can connect one controller just fine, it works in all games and input is great, but when two controllers are connected the one that was connected last gets no input, looks like both controllers are connected (no lights blinking) but one gets no input at
    all.

This seems to be an issue with the actual computer since it works fine with just one controller. Also tried on another computer (win10) and there both work flawlessly.

    What I've tried so far:

    * Tried multiple USB ports (both usb2 & usb3)

*Tried to Uninstall the adapter driver in device manager unplug the adapter then connect the adapter and re-install the driver.

*Tried to reinstall the driver for the wireless adapter via the windows catalog update page used this driver version: 21.50.45.656 (Microsoft Update Catalog)

*Tried to check the controller in windows 10's "game controllers". one controller is configurable but one (the one connected last) gets this error (http://i.imgur.com/gQB2dj6.png).

*Tried to connect both controllers via USB, get exactly the same issue appears.

*Tried to remove "power saving" feature on the wireless adapter.

*I Have a Asus motherboard, checked forums and found that some people have been having my issues and solved them by removing Asus (AI 3), did not work for me, removed the program entirely and still does not work.

*Tried to remove USB Legacy enabled to legacy auto.

Seems it tried most thinks i could think of, i would kindly take recommendations on how to proceed.

    :)

  2. shortening Xbox 360 controller cord

Or just track down the wireless USB Dongle for Windows?

Then you can connect up to 4 360 Wireless controllers........

Only one Headset giving sound over XBOX Wireless controller via Wireless Adapter for Windows 10

    Hi Microsoft Support team,

I have connected, over Windows 10 PC, my two XBOX Wireless Controllers via Wireless Adapter for Windows 10. And connected my two Headsets to each of the two Controllers ( with 3.5 mm jack). However, at a time only one controller is providing the sound.
I have tested with connecting both the controllers separately and then Headsets work fine. But when both are connected, only one of them provides sound.

Could you please suggest a solution for this so that both Headsets connected to separate Wireless controllers can provide sound.

    Thanks,

    Naresh

    Hey there walrosz,

Have you checked to make sure your Computer is fully up to date? Everything from Windows 10 to the Xbox App and the Controllers? Since you mentioned that it works on another computer the issue may be with the software somewhere, or another conflicting program
    or drivers.

I'd check to make sure if you have any sort of macro software, that it's disabled as well as there are no conflicting drivers in Device Manager.

Short of that, the next best thing I could suggest would be a factory restore of Windows 10, that could also solve the issue.

Xbox One Wireless Controller randomly disconnects from PC

    Hi there Robin,

Thanks for reply and update on the issue with connecting the Xbox One controller on PC. I recommend to try the following article: Connect
and troubleshoot Bluetooth on your Xbox One Wireless Controller
    .

If the issue persists, try connecting the controller via USB to help update the controller on the PC.

Give this a try and let us know the results.

Problem with my controler Xbox one Bluetooth

    Hello Cerfvoyage4344,

If you haven't already done so, may I suggest following up with "Connect and troubleshoot Bluetooth on your
    Xbox One Wireless Controller
" . If you continue to have a problem connecting via Bluetooth, I would be curios if the controller works with your PC using the USB port, "How
to connect an Xbox One Wireless Controller to a Windows PC
" . Let us know if this helps.

Controller xbox one non si associa e console non si connette [Translation-Xbox one controller does not associate and console does not connect]

There might be an issue with your controller. Try to connect another one or a keyboard to any of the USB ports on the Xbox One, by doing this you will be able to check if the console is the problem or the controller is. Also you could connect the controller
via USB to a Windows 10 PC and check if the controller work properly. Hope it helps to clear some doubts.

    Copilot wireless pc Part #2

Your understanding is correct. It splits Player 1 so that it is controlled by two controllers.. or as you put it links two controllers so that they were as one. In my case, I have two kids. Rather than ask my kids to pass over the controller I just let
them think they are controlling the character. But I assist them when all else fails. Or I let my two children play as one because I have many single player games in which it could avoid having them fight.

I also left the controller connected to Xbox but it's too far away. I have my Xbox One X downstairs and I have a Windows 10 PC upstairs. The two controllers disconnect due to the long distance away.

I successfully connected my controllers to my Windows 10 PC in copilot mode (to play Windows 10 games). I also successfully connected my controllers to Xbox One X in copilot mode but in direct sync to the console. However, I am not successful in linking
the two controllers in copilot when streaming Xbox One X to my Windows 10 PC. In the last case, my controllers are physically connected to the Windows 10 PC while it is streaming the Xbox One X. The controllers are connected in regular fashion (i.e. they
do work as player 1 + Player 2) in this streaming mode but in configuring for copilot mode or accessories, the streaming does not recognize any controllers despite the controllers functioning as two players. I have tried using USB too to ensure that it's
not the wireless adapter issue. Same result. It might be a situation that isn't anticipated. Nonetheless an issue I stumbled upon as I am avoiding having to relocate my console from downstairs to upstairs. That may be the case if I don't hear any suggestions.

I am not trying to connect the two controllers simultaneously on Windows 10 PC and Xbox One X. Just the copilot mode on Windows 10 PC in streaming Xbox console.
